3. Reports & Excel Work
Maintain:
Daily sales trackers
Inventory & returns reports
Revenue, discounts, and refund sheets
Must know:
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
, Pivot Tables
IF formulas
, Filters, Data cleaning
Handling large data
4. Coordination & Support
Raise platform tickets for issues
Talk to Amazon/Flipkart support teams
Work closely with our internal teams
Tools You'll Use:
Excel / Google Sheets (must be strong)
Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal
Tools like Unicommerce / Vinculum (a plus)
