About the Role

We are looking for a

Marketplace Specialist (D2C)

with

1-2 years of experience

who is keen to build a career in e-commerce and online marketplaces. The role involves working closely with the marketplace team to support day-to-day operations, drive visibility, and improve sales performance across platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to marketplace operations with a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities

Drive presence and sales growth across external marketplaces such as

Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra

, etc. Coordinate and liaise with marketplace account managers to ensure optimal product placement, promotions, and campaigns. Improve catalogue quality by working with internal teams on

product descriptions, key attributes, imagery, videos, and USP highlighting

. Ensure accuracy and consistency of listings, pricing, and content updates across platforms. Coordinate inventory movement across warehouses and marketplace partners. Track orders, returns, and basic performance metrics. Support category-level tasks including new listings, pricing checks, and ongoing maintenance.

What We Are Looking For

1-2 years of experience working with

online/D2C brands or e-commerce marketplaces

. Strong interest in

e-commerce and marketplace operations

. Good numerical skills with attention to detail. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. High ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA (Marketing / Operations) - preferred. Prior hands-on exposure to any major marketplace platform.
