Job Responsibilities:
Track returns from each marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Manage claims related to damaged, lost, or incorrect products. Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve return or claim issues. Maintain accurate records of returns and claims for reporting and analysis. Communicate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and follow-up. ####
