About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Assistant with proven experience managing Amazon & other marketplace operations.



The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management including product listing, content optimization, running and optimizing Amazon ads (PPC), and analysing performance to grow sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon , Etsy, Cratejoy.

Optimize product content including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords for better visibility and conversion

Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and product availability

Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) campaigns

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform listing and ad strategies

Monitor account health, manage performance metrics, and ensure policy compliance

Work with internal teams (design, content, operations) to ensure smooth execution

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Assist in launching new products and coordinating promotions & deals

Stay up to date with Amazon trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements:

1-3 years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon and Etsy account

Strong understanding of Amazon listings, SEO, and advertising tools

Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar

Proficient in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets

Ability to troubleshoot listing issues and resolve seller support tickets

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail
