We are hiring a

Marketplace Accounts Manager

to handle end-to-end eCommerce product listings and digital marketing activities across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online product catalogs, running basic promotions, and optimizing listings to enhance product visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage seller accounts across various eCommerce platforms Upload and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications Monitor product performance, pricing, and customer reviews Coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams for stock updates and order fulfilment Plan and implement basic digital marketing promotions and campaigns Analyse traffic and sales data to improve listing performance Maintain platform compliance and resolve listing or account issues

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketplace account handling or digital marketing Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or Noon Strong attention to detail and good knowledge of product listing best practices Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting Self-driven with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam preferred
