Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior MarTech Specialist with handson expertise in Marketo Microsoft Dynamics CE and Customer Data Platforms CDP This role is responsible for designing configuring and optimizing marketing automation workflows to support scalable datadriven campaigns and seamless integrations across the marketing technology stack

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement marketing automation workflows using Marketo to support lead nurturing scoring and campaign execution



Integrate and optimize data flows between Marketo Microsoft Dynamics CE and CDP platforms to ensure consistent and actionable customer data



Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals



Monitor and enhance campaign performance through data analysis and workflow refinement



Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards across all marketing systems

Key Skills Expertise

Advanced proficiency in Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CE



Strong understanding of CDP architecture and data activation strategies



Experience in designing scalable automated marketing workflows



Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integrations across platforms



Excellent communication and documentation skills
