Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:


Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.


Collaborate with the agency to create and manage online and offline marketing materials.

Content Creation:


Develop engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.


Coordinate with the agency to ensure consistent and high-quality content.

Social Media Management:


Manage and grow Crown Vet's social media presence across various platforms.


Plan and execute social media campaigns to engage the audience and promote services.


Coordinate with the agency for content calendars and social media strategy.

Customer Engagement:


Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other digital channels.


Implement customer retention strategies, including referral programs and loyalty initiatives.

Event Coordination:


Assist in organizing and promoting events related to pet care and veterinary services.


Coordinate with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure successful execution.

Market Research:


Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Reporting and Analysis:


Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.


Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.


Review the performance at the end of the month with monthly reports, collaborating with the marketing agency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
