Marketing Cum Sales Executive - Dealer & Distributor

Position Summary:



The Marketing Cum Sales Executive will be responsible for

developing and managing dealer and distributor networks

, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence for

plastic murti and gift articles

across assigned Indian territories.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Market Development:



Appoint, manage, and expand

dealers and distributors

in assigned regions. Drive

primary and secondary sales

through channel partners. Achieve

monthly and annual sales targets

. Develop new markets for

plastic murti, gift items, and decorative articles

. Conduct regular

dealer visits, market visits, and distributor meetings

.

Dealer & Distributor Management:



Maintain strong relationships with

existing dealers/distributors

. Support channel partners with

schemes, pricing, promotions, and new product launches

. Resolve dealer issues related to

supply, pricing, payments, and service

. Ensure proper

product display and visibility

at dealer points.

Marketing & Promotion:



Plan and execute

seasonal sales strategies

(festival-based demand like Ganesh, Diwali, Navratri, etc.). Coordinate for

exhibitions, trade fairs, and local market promotions

. Collect

market intelligence

on competitors, pricing, and demand trends.

Reporting & Coordination:



Prepare

sales reports, collection follow-ups, and market feedback

. Coordinate with

production, dispatch, and accounts teams

. Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

Candidate Requirements:



5+ years experience

in

plastic industry sales

, preferably

murti / gift articles / decorative products

. Strong network of

dealers and distributors

. Good understanding of

Indian wholesale & retail market dynamics

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Must own a

two-wheeler or four-wheeler

with valid driving license.
