Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities for power quality and automation products.- Promote company's products - SVG, Hybrid SVG, RCA, EMS, AHF, APFC panels, PQ analysers, etc.- Engage with panel builders, consultants, OEMs, EPCs, energy auditors, utilities, industries, commercial offices, data centers, hospitals , ESCOs etc.- Conduct Power Quality and Energy Audits, prepare technical reports, and recommend suitable solutions.- Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical discussions for consultants and clients.- Develop long-term business relationships and obtain product approvals from consultants.- Coordinate with the Head Office for technical proposals, pricing, and order execution.- Organize regional marketing activities - seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and customer visits.- Track competitor activity, market trends, and submit periodic sales reports to HO.- Provide basic post-sales coordination and client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications:- B.E./B.Tech in EEE / ECE Electrical / Electronic Engineering (mandatory).- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development of Power Quality, Energy, or Automation systems.- Strong technical understanding of power quality, harmonic mitigation, reactive compensation, and energy monitoring.- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
