Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and networking events. Having knowledge of areas in Pune removing details of the companies setting up meetings with the building owner or the concerned/ sales person of the building.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to travel locally as per business needs.
Generate leads and explore new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals. Present company offerings effectively to decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
Provide regular reports on client interactions and business progress.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, business development, or client-facing role [ [ [ mainly from real estate, interior designing side ]
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident personality with the ability to represent the company professionally. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
