HI-Q Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic

Sales & Marketing Manager

to join our team. We specialize in producing and supplying premium, high-quality Idli/Dosa and Vada batters, along with other South Indian staples.

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for

acquiring new clients

and expanding our market presence. Your primary goal will be to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors, including:

Supermarket Chains & Grocery Stores Restaurants & Hotels Catering Service Companies (Industrial, School/College Mess, Hospital, Airline, etc.)
You should have a

proven track record in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) market

and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking. Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales/marketing role, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Must own a two-wheeler (bike)

for daily travel and client visits. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Self-motivated and target-driven.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
