Job Summary:



Calida Rehab Centre Pune is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive patient acquisition, build referral partnerships, and increase brand visibility in the Pune region. The incumbent will develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients, manage field sales operations, and achieve monthly revenue targets in the psychiatric hospital and rehabilitation services segment.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute field sales strategies and action plans to generate leads and achieve monthly revenue targets in Pune territory Visit and build relationships with psychiatrists, doctors, neurologists, counselors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to promote Calida Rehab services Identify and onboard new channel partners, corporate accounts, and community referral sources from healthcare setups, hospitals, pharma, and diagnostic centers Maintain regular follow-up with existing partners to ensure continuous business growth and relationship retention Conduct presentations, information sessions, and CME activities about psychiatric and de-addiction rehabilitation services to healthcare professionals Track inquiries, conversions, and referral performance using CRM/Excel reports and share weekly performance metrics with management Monitor competitor activities and market trends in diagnostics, pharma, and rehabilitation sectors; suggest competitive strategies Coordinate with internal clinical, admissions, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and positive partner experience Manage sales calls, meetings, and negotiations with hospital administrators, pharma representatives, and diagnostic center decision-makers Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, proposals, and client records

Qualifications and Experience:



Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of proven field sales experience in Healthcare Setup, Hospital, Pharma, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Medical Services (Mandatory)

Education:

Any Graduate (BCom, BSc, BBA, MBA preferred); PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management is an added advantage

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; confident in presentations to doctors and management teams

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the portfolio (diagnostics, pharma, healthcare services, or similar)

Additional Requirements:



Valid driving license (own two-wheeler preferred for field mobility) Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby territories Flexible working hours to accommodate client meetings Knowledge of psychiatry, rehabilitation, or healthcare sectors is preferred
