Centre for Defence Careers, a premier Defence Entries Training Institute in Mumbai, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing/Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and establishing strong relationships with educational institutions to promote our courses and programs related to defence careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit Schools, Colleges, and other educational institutions to seek permission for course promotion.
Build and maintain relationships with Principals, Trustees, and key decision-makers.
Develop and update a list of potential institutions for product pitching.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with prospective clients.
Present and explain our training programs, courses, and benefits to potential clients and institutions.
Follow up with institutions and individuals to secure commitments and participate in promotional activities.
Conduct outreach activities and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Gather feedback from institutions and enhance promotional strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and outreach activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups.
Knowledge of the education sector and local institutions in Mumbai is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions.
