About Marketing

The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries. The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior & help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand & marketing strategy that drives awareness, affinity & therefore consideration for Brand Axis. Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis, (i.e.) What does the Brand stand for, Our Brand Philosophy etc. .
About the Role

The individual will be manage the sustained engagement plan for the existing Burgundy Private customers of the bank by curating and executing high quality, differentiated events and experiences. The role will also support in creating communication and campaign to drive acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive event and engagement calendar for engaging with the existing Burgundy Private clients , in collaboration with the business stakeholders
  • Partner with various agencies and partners- creative, media and event management to execute the events.
  • Capitalize the events to create an impactful social media content plan to build Burgundy Private brand
  • Track and monitor effectiveness of events and present performance and learnings to management periodically.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity by ensuring consistency in communication across all touchpoints, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines in all communications
  • Stay updated on industry/ market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark the marketing strategy/ against industry standards
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications
  • MBA in marketing
  • 4-6 yrs. of experience in marketing of luxury brands

Knowledge
  • Knowledge of luxury/ HNI marketing, consumer behavior, and trends
Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Great event management/ execution skills with attention to details
Abilities:
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to handle multiple campaigns/events simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
  • Experience in managing agencies / vendors
