Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through Email / Chat / WhatsApp / Voice Calls.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Self-motivated worker, that can complete tasks under minimal supervision

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Skills:
Fluency in English, Good written skills, Basic Computer Skills
Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
Should have good logical skills and attention to detail.
