The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries. The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior & help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand & marketing strategy that drives awareness, affinity & therefore consideration for Brand Axis. Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis, (i.e.) What does the Brand stand for, Our Brand Philosophy etc. .

Role
?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? The incumbent will be responsible for the key responsibilities mentioned below.
1. Responsible for Customer Expereince at Branches/ASCs at respective Circles.
?2. Customer meets at branches
3. Regional activations
4. Circle/ Cluster / Branch Support with reference to customer engagement programms, and other marketing initiative
5. Local level Brand visibility through branding, alliances and tie-ups with local authorities.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes
? Leading the marketing & branding of one Circle. Put in place the marketing strategy in line with the requirement of the business. Support branches with lead generation through activation.
? Plan and implement regional activations to support branches achieve their business targets.? Ensuring the leads captured and track them and report.???????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Drive the customer meets at branches every month and develop plan to increase footfalls.
? Provide marketing and branding support to branches and circle
? Driving the brand visibility by ensuring the implementation of meaningful direction signages and neighborhood branding. Custodian of Retail branding on ground, brand hygiene, Regularly visit these centres and ensure updated branding, and better customer experience.? Plan and implement the merchandising at all the branches and other centres in the circle.
Qualifications
?Must be a graduate, and an MBA in marketing would be an added advantage and would be preferred. Must of relevant experience in similar profile in a bank or financial institute, retail activation agency or other agencies. Similar experience in marketing in other industry will also be preferred. Minimum 4-6 years of experienece.
