About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learn details about our software product and service offerings
2. Find leads and conduct the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas using tools like Tenderdetail, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
3. Create and monitor agency accounts on different platforms
4. Monitor events and expos across India for our agency to participate in to meet prospects
5. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
6. Offer solutions based on the client's needs and capabilities
7. Manage client records
8. Track and document calls and sales
9. Participate in any required training

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2. You must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic for remote positions
3. Computer proficiency is critical
4. An outgoing individual is an excellent fit for this opportunity
5. Outstanding customer service skills are vital even in this virtual setting
6. Certification with online advertising sites such as Google AdWords will help drive sales and improve your chances for advancement

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 5 to 7 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 10000 per lead conversion).
