About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call customers to introduce our software product and ask them to take a free online demo of our software
2. Resolve customers' queries on the software product
3. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints
4. Try to open new customer accounts
5. Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise
6. Work on recommended possible products to meet the customers' needs
7. Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
8. Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
9. Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
10. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call

Should be ready to work from office , office timings will be Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm with one hour lunch break, Should get own laptops to work
