Summary: As a Marketing Transformation Practitioner, you will create customer experiences that drive client growth by leveraging a deep understanding of the Marketing function and its interactions with other parts of the business. Your typical day will involve defining Marketing transformation journeys and applying your functional expertise to align with the vision of our customers, ensuring that the strategies implemented resonate with their needs and expectations. You will engage with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, facilitating a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement in marketing practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage creative problem-solving. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. - Experience in project management and team leadership. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with customer relationship management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
