Job Title: Social Media Trainee - 6-Month Paid InternshipLocation: (Work from Home / Work from Office Stipend: Paid Internship (Details to be shared during the interview)Duration: 6 MonthsStart Date: ImmediatelyRole Overview:As a Social Media Trainee, you will assist in creating, managing, and growing the brand's online presence across platforms. This is a hands-on internship ideal for someone passionate about digital media, creative storytelling, and community engagementKey Responsibilities:1. Content Management:- Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)- Work with design and content teams to develop creatives, reels, stories, and carousels2. Community & Brand Building:- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and discussions- Help grow and nurture an active and loyal online community- Monitor brand sentiment and conversations around the brand3. Barter Collaborations & Influencer Outreach:- Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and micro-creators for barter deals and partnerships- Track and manage collaboration outcomes and content deliveries4. Digital Marketing Support:- Assist in running and optimizing social media ad campaigns- Track key metrics and provide weekly performance reports- Support email marketing and blog publishing (if applicable)5. Trend Monitoring & Research:- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends- Research and suggest innovative content and campaign ideasSkills & Qualifications:1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields2. Passion for social media and digital branding3. Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other social tools is a plus4. Strong written and verbal communication skills5. Creative mindset with attention to detail6.
