Field Marketing Trainee

. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and promoting products or services directly in the market. You will gain hands-on experience in

on-ground marketing activities, brand promotion, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing on-field marketing campaigns and promotional events. Visit potential clients, business partners, and locations to promote company services. Collect customer feedback and generate leads for sales teams. Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, and networking activities. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand visibility and consistency across campaigns. Prepare daily reports on field activities, customer interactions, and marketing outcomes. Support in setting up marketing materials such as banners, brochures, and standees during events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to work independently and travel as required. Strong problem-solving and customer service attitude.
