Responsibilities

Lead Generation

: Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels and strategies.

Distributor Engagement

: Visit and engage with distributors to develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships.

Campaign Execution

: Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Sales Support

: Provide marketing materials and support the sales team in closing deals.

Market Research

: Conduct research to gather insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Client Communication

: Regularly visit clients and distributors to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and build long-term relationships.

Performance Reporting

: Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and key metrics.

Qualifications

:

Education

: Any degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields).

Skills

: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Experience

: Preferred 0-1 year of experience in marketing or sales (freshers are welcome).

Knowledge

: Basic understanding of market research and sales processes.

Other Requirements

: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
