Job Brief:

Happy Sprouts, a growing mom and kids retail brand under ARVM Baby Product Pvt.

Ltd., is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone interested in sales and marketing, retail management,

digital marketing, social media, and content creation, -- especially in the parenting,

baby care, and lifestyle space.

You will work closely with our marketing team to support daily operations, content

planning, promotions, influencer partnerships, and brand growth. However the below

mentioned roles are not exhaustive and we welcome new ideas from fresh minds.

This is a great learning opportunity to gain real-world experience in a mom and kids

retail brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content:

Create and schedule posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Assist in writing captions, designing creatives (using Canva or similar tools), and developing content calendars Coordinate photoshoots or collect user-generated content when needed

Campaign & Promotions:

Help execute online/0ffline campaigns, festive offers, and product promotions Work on creative marketing ideas targeting parents, especially new moms and pregnant women

Influencer & Community Engagement:

Research and reach out to mom bloggers or parenting influencers for brand collaborations Engage with online followers by responding to comments, DMs, and feedback

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Track trends in the baby/maternity industry and report insights Monitor competitors and suggest improvements in our marketing strategy

Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing:

Assist in drafting content for newsletters and WhatsApp promotions Help manage customer databases and subscriber lists

Reporting & Analytics:

Track performance of posts, campaigns, and influencer collaborations Prepare weekly reports on growth, engagement, and traffic

Eligibility Criteria:

"MBA passout with a focus on Marketing, aspiring to a career in brand management and digital marketing." Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation Familiarity with social media platforms Basic writing and design skills Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage time well Passion for the mom & baby or fashion lifestyle industry is a big plus

Tools You'll Learn and Use:

Canva - for designing posts and stories Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio - for post scheduling and analytics Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - for planning and reporting WhatsApp Business / Mailchimp / Email tools - for marketing campaigns Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts - content creation basics Influencer tools (manual or platforms like Winkl, Upfluence) Exposure to SEO, hashtags, and digital brand building
Internship Perks:
