We are looking for a smart, energetic, and proactive female

Business development Associate

/ Coordinator to work with the CEO in executing business development activities.

This is a unique opportunity for a fresher with an MBA in Marketing to gain real-time exposure and build a strong foundation in a dynamic IT and software company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO in planning and implementing effective strategies

Coordinate internal and external communications related to marketing

Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and corporate events

Help develop and manage engaging content for social media, websites, and other marketing platforms

Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities

Prepare performance reports, insights, and presentations for the CEO

Assist in maintaining relationships with clients and partners, supporting lead generation

Provide admin and operational support to the CEO for Business -related projects

Key Requirements:

Completed MBA

Excellent command of English

Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Quick learner, self-driven, and enthusiastic about learning and growing

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools

Understanding of branding, online campaigns, and IT/software business models

Work Environment:

Direct reporting to the CEO

Collaborative exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making
