We're inviting applications for a dynamic trainee position within our Business Operations & Strategy Services Team -- offering hands-on experience across: Business Operations Strategy
Role : Business Operation
Location: Chennai (Onsite) Stipend: ?15,000/month
Training Duration: 6 months
Eligibility: Graduates from 2023 or later (BE/BTech, BBA, MBA, MCA, B.Sc. preferred)
Work Hours: Full-time
Monday-Friday | 40 hrs/week
What You'll Learn & Do:
Track and report key metrics across multiple business functions
Manage day-to-day operations and compliance activities
Get hands-on with digital outreach: content creation, social media, CRM, and more Support HR functions - from recruitment to employee engagement
Work on dashboards, reports, and documentation
Collaborate across teams and improve internal processes
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including pivot tables and reporting), and PowerPoint
Comfortable interacting with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
