Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement holistic digital marketing strategies covering SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and display advertising.
Campaign Execution:
Plan and launch optimized online campaigns (Google Ads, social platforms, email) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
SEO/SEM:
Manage SEO efforts (keyword research, optimization) and PPC campaigns for high search visibility.
Content & Social Media:
Oversee social media presence, create engaging content, and coordinate with designers for website/landing page optimization.
Email Marketing:
Create and distribute newsletters and promotional emails.
Analytics & Reporting:
Measure and report campaign performance (ROI, KPIs) using web analytics tools (Google Analytics), identifying insights to optimize spend and funnel conversion.
Customer Experience:
Analyze end-to-end customer journeys, identifying drop-off points and optimizing user funnels.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to align efforts.
Innovation:
Stay updated on digital trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and brainstorm new growth strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing multiple digital marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing.
