Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach in the printing & packaging domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production/technical teams for smooth order execution. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute marketing strategies, promotional activities, and client presentations. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review. Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Leadership capabilities with experience managing a team. Proven sales/marketing experience in Printing & Packaging (flexible packaging, corrugation, labels, cartons, or related). Good understanding of printing processes, packaging materials, and customer segments. Result-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years of marketing/sales experience in the Printing & Packaging industry. Minimum 4 years of team-handling experience preferred.
