Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
Design and review the Marketing budget.
Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
Conduct market research and competitors' analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Organize effective marketing events and brand building activities.
Forecast and hire resources for the Marketing department.
Participate and contribute to the quarterly planning meetings along with management.
Technical Requirement:
General:
Proven work experience as a Manager of Marketing or another senior role. Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Working knowledge of SEO, email automation tool(s), and Google analytics.
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
Campaign Management:
Work with the marketing team to design, create, and monitor marketing campaigns spread across multiple touch points.
Possess a knack to develop creative messaging for different campaigns.
Oversee the development and implementation of various marketing initiatives like vendor media management, social media management, SEO, and PPC campaigns.

Experience:
