Key Responsibilities:



Assist the marketing team in daily activities and coordination tasks. Prepare and maintain marketing documents, presentations, and reports. Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for order follow-ups. Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and follow-up schedules. Support in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Assist in social media posting and basic content updates (if required). Manage marketing materials, catalogues, brochures, and samples. Schedule meetings, calls, and customer appointments for the marketing team. Provide administrative support for marketing events, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Key Skills Required:



Good communication skills (English, Tamil/Hindi as required). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle customer calls confidently. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Basic understanding of marketing functions. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:



Any degree (preferably BBA / B.Com / MBA / Arts & Science graduates).
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
