ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Mumbai, India, Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (ASSPL) is looking for a Marketing Support Manager who will support the PR and talent management charter across brands. This role will be on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Key job responsibilities
As the Marketing Support Manager you will...
- Support Audible\'s earned media presence in India for all Audible brands, including the support for talent management.
- Assist in monitoring short-term and long term goals for Audible\'s earned media, clearly defined through measurable metrics. Communicate on these monthly to larger teams.
- Track and support to ensure talent deliverables across channels are fulfilled - liaise with them to maximize earned media for Audible
- Messaging
- Assist in messaging with agency partners.
- Coordinate in sharing proactive PR announcements, launches, and narratives for new products, titles and partnerships
- Liaise with Customer Support teams to assist in tonality for responses to customers on all support channels (including crafting FAQs, meaningful, engaging dialogue on social media etc.)
- Successfully coordinate complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges.
- Collaboration
- Liaise with content, PR, creative, product and marketing teams to ensure integrated approach, inputting for PR and talent towards maximizing campaign efficiency
- Liaise with an external public relations agency and support day-to-day matters

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor\'s degree
- Hands on experience of supporting a function for a well-known Indian brand
- Proven in-depth experience & knowledge of PR and talent management
- Proven track record of supporting projects from start to finish and assisting in delivering successful results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
- Track record of performance excellence
