Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage marketing stalls in apartments, gated communities, and public areas. Conduct field marketing activities, product sampling, and awareness campaigns. Interact with customers, explain products/services, and collect leads. Support in executing apartment campaigns, on-ground activations, and local promotions. Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials. Assist the team in planning and executing weekly/monthly field campaigns. Gather customer feedback and report market insights to the team. Maintain basic records of footfall, leads, and conversions during campaigns.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, active, and comfortable with field work. Ability to engage with customers confidently. Basic understanding of marketing preferred (training will be provided). Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
