Job Summary:
The Marketing Support is responsible in assisting the marketing department with various tasks and projects, such as:
Campaign coordination support including social media
Design support
Liaison with media or agencies
Administrative support
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide design look/feel aligned to brand for the following:
Capability Statements
Case studies
SharePoint articles
Sales documents/tender bids
Social media images
Understanding of creating AI images
Video and podcast
Support for events:
Flyers
Posters
Banners
Invitations
Follow up email design
Surveys using Microsoft Forms and possibly others
Foster and promote the company, product and brand in the market
Promote and live the Company Mission, Vision and Values
Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records
Promote and work with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure uniform quality standards in all areas of the business

Qualifications:
Required:
Degree in Communications, Social Media or Marketing related
Strong attention to detail, must have excellent written English skills
Preferable:
Certificate or higher in design
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Visual design skills imperative - experience and skills in Adobe, Canva, Imovie, experience aligning to brand guidelines and using social media.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and understand commercial priorities
Proven experience in marketing support role or similar
Prefer agency experience in design or advertising, PR or social media with a large enterprise multi-national
Good grasp of technology platforms - for distributing video files, surveys, images and larger files
Excellent written English communication skills - for copywriting, articles, research e.g. - competitor analysis, etc.
Positive, creative, and willing attitude - growth mindset
