Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies for wet and dry hydrate products, along with new product lines such as calcined and specialty alumina.
• Pricing & Sales Strategy: Formulate competitive pricing models and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve performance excellence and build strong client relationships.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
• Client Engagement & Travel: Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and site visits, as required.

Requirements:

• BE /MBA or Equivalent degree
• 5 years of minimum experience in marketing and sales of alumina or specialty chemical products.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
