Knowledge of the Ayurveda and homeopathy domain is preferred. More than 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics. Experience in product branding and positioning. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote True Blue HR Consultants and its services. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and develop marketing plans accordingly. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline. Utilize digital marketing techniques to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in marketing. Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Maintain a deep understanding of the Ayurveda and homeopathy domain to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
