Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.
Define customer personas, value propositions, and messaging for campaigns.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Present marketing strategies and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or brand management.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
