We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Market Strategist who can independently handle our marketing operations, ads, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meta Ads Expertise
- Complete knowledge of creating, running, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
- Strong understanding of targeting, budgeting, campaign setup, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to use Meta tools and related software for ad management.
2. Creative & Social Media Management
- Must be highly creative and capable of handling our Instagram, Reels, and overall social media presence.
- Ability to create trending, engaging, and offer-based content.
- Should develop captions, concepts, and fresh ideas regularly.
3. Design Coordination
- Must have clear understanding of how posts, flyers, and marketing creatives are designed.
- Should coordinate with designers, guide them properly, and ensure final creatives are accurate and ready to publish.
- Must ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of all design-related tasks.

. Offer Planning & Team Coordination
- Should discuss new offers, promotions, and ideas in detail with the team.
- Must plan, execute, and communicate offers clearly across social media and marketing materials
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Responsible for preparing worksheets, reports, analytics, and performance summaries for all running ads.
- Ability to analyze results and recommend improvements.
6. Software Handling
- Must be comfortable using marketing and ad-related software (training will be provided if needed).
- Should adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
- Excellent creativity and understanding of social media trends.
- Clear communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of design flow, creative direction, and brand layout.
- Good analytical and reporting capability.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the marketing field.
