MARKETING STRATEGIST



We are looking for a high-impact

Marketing Strategist

who can take ownership of our growth initiatives through strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and creative leadership. This role focuses on defining marketing strategy, analyzing performance, and guiding creative execution to drive measurable business results, especially in lead generation and brand growth.

This is a leadership-oriented role for someone who can balance analytics, execution, and creative judgment in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do



Own and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Plan, execute, and optimize growth-focused marketing campaigns across digital channels Drive consistent, high-quality lead generation through performance-based strategies Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI Use insights and analytics to continuously optimize marketing initiatives Provide creative leadership and direction to design and content teams Review, guide, and approve creative assets to ensure brand consistency and quality Translate marketing objectives into clear strategic and creative briefs Maintain strong attention to detail in messaging, visuals, and brand communication Encourage experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For



4 to 8 years of experience in marketing strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven and analytical mindset Proven experience in lead generation and funnel optimization Demonstrated experience providing creative direction and guiding creative teams Strong understanding of marketing metrics, analytics tools, and reporting Sharp eye for brand consistency, messaging, and visual quality Excellent communication and storytelling skills Self-starter with a bias toward execution and ownership Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding Ability to review and provide constructive creative feedback.

Creative & Brand Expertise



Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding Ability to review creative work and provide clear, constructive feedback Ensure all creative outputs meet brand, quality, and communication standards Hands-on designing is not required, but creative judgment is essential

Bonus Points If You Have



Experience scaling a brand or product Performance marketing or analytics knowledge Experience leading or mentoring teammates Experience leading or mentoring graphic designers or creative teams

Compensation



Salary:

?50,000 - ?85,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skill set)

Work Schedule



Shift:

Day shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Monday to Friday
