Marketing Strategist

to strengthen our digital presence and boost bookings across our resort properties.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and grow all

social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Create, plan, and optimize

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaigns Plan and execute digital strategies to

increase resort bookings

Oversee

content creation

(posts, reels, videos, captions, blogs) Develop and maintain a strong

personal branding strategy

for the company/leadership Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and provide reports Collaborate with the creative and sales team to drive marketing goals Stay updated on new marketing trends and apply them to improve visibility and engagement

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in marketing or digital marketing (field relevance flexible) Strong understanding of social media growth strategies Hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager

and

Google Ads

Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Female candidates preferred
