About the Role



We are seeking a

Marketing Strategist - Founder's Office

to define and drive Paywize's long-term marketing vision across its fintech product portfolio (Payout Suite, Collection Suite, APIs, Nimo, Slyde). This role will focus on market insights, brand strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market planning, ensuring all marketing initiatives are aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Define and own Paywize's

marketing strategy and roadmap

across brand, product, and growth initiatives. Develop

clear market segmentation, ICP definitions, and buyer personas

to guide campaigns and sales motions. Lead

product positioning and messaging

for all Paywize offerings, ensuring consistency across channels. Design

go-to-market strategies

for new product launches and feature rollouts. Drive

fintech thought leadership strategy

, including content themes, PR narratives, and ecosystem partnerships. Strengthen employer branding and company presence across

LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed

, and hiring platforms. Partner with Growth, Performance Marketing, Sales, and BD teams to translate strategy into execution-ready plans. Oversee creation and direction of

core marketing frameworks

--value propositions, pitch narratives, content outlines, and campaign themes. Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Define

success metrics and KPIs

, review performance, and recommend optimization strategies. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including website, social platforms, sales collateral, and external communications.

Requirements



4-7 years of experience

in B2B marketing, marketing strategy, or product marketing roles, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors. Strong experience in

marketing strategy, GTM planning, and product positioning

. Ability to translate complex fintech solutions into

simple, compelling narratives

. Proven track record of working cross-functionally with

growth, sales, product, and leadership teams

. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging

market research, customer insights, and performance data

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in

high-ambiguity, fast-scaling environments

.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
