About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic marketing professional to join our team as a

Creative Marketing Strategist

. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on blending creativity with data-driven strategies to deliver impactful corporate marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for shaping brand identity, designing integrated campaigns, and driving business growth through innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

corporate marketing strategies

that align with business goals. Lead

creative campaign ideation

across digital, social, and traditional platforms. Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to deliver

high-impact campaigns

. Conduct

market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation

to guide campaigns. Manage

brand positioning and messaging

for consistency across all channels. Optimize campaigns using

data, insights, and performance metrics

to ensure ROI. Drive innovation with

new marketing trends, creative tools, and emerging platforms

. Work closely with sales and leadership to align marketing with corporate objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3-5+ years of proven experience in

marketing strategy, brand management, or creative campaigns

. Strong knowledge of

digital marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising

. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to balance

creative thinking with analytical problem-solving

. Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
