Eligibility Criteria

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field in any discipline.

Skills

:

Good communication skills (verbal & written) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)

Experience

:

Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome. Prior experience in marketing or administrative work is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Staff

:

Assist in creating and marketing campaigns. Manage social media content and outreach. Engage with clients and customers as needed.

Pitch & Negotiate Deals

Reach out to potential sponsors, present proposals persuasively, and negotiate agreements on terms, deliverables, and budgets.

Coordinate Activation & Deliverables

Collaborate with event logistics team to ensure branding elements (banners, booths, digital displays) are implemented correctly and sponsors are well represented on-site.

Collaborate Internally

Coordinate with marketing, creative, operations, and finance teams to align sponsorship deliverables with overall concert objectives and audience experience.

Track & Report Sponsorship ROI

Monitor sponsorship performance against KPIs (e.g., impressions, engagement, ROI), and prepare post-event reports to help renew and improve future partnerships.

Salary

(based on experience and skills)

Freshers

: ?10,000 - ?12,000/month + Incentives

Experienced

: ?15,000 - ?20,000/month + Incentives
