Marketing Staff (For Construction Company)
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or any other related field.
Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
Create and execute marketing plans to promote construction services and projects.
Analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and assess the competitive landscape.
Manage and implement online campaigns across social media, email, and the company website.
Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Implement strategies to identify and nurture potential clients and business opportunities.
