We are looking for an enthusiastic

Marketing Executive

to join our mattresses company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves both online and offline marketing activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote mattresses and related products. Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and direct customers. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs. Organize promotional events, in-store activities, and campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market. Handle customer inquiries and provide product demonstrations when required. Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and conversion. Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, online promotions, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in marketing or sales (preferably in FMCG, furniture, or mattress industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel for marketing activities and client visits.
