Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales or related marketing activities, be willing to travel, and preferably own a two-wheeler. This role involves direct engagement with customers, promotion of products/services, and contribution to marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote company products/services through field marketing and sales activities Visit potential clients and generate leads Support and execute marketing campaigns and on-ground promotional events Build strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat business Collect and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in field sales or marketing Willingness to travel frequently as part of the job Preferably owns a two-wheeler with valid driving license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
