Marketing Staff
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities * contributing ideas to marketing campaign * coordinating promotional activities outdoor, events and interviews * managing production and performance of multimedia content * writing and proofreading creative copy * Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed * Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material * Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. * Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness * Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems * updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system * monitoring budgets * managing social media campaign Requirements and skills * Experience in Marketing and Sales * Good computer skills (MS Office) * Proficiency in Malayalam & English * Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Any degree. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 912,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:
