Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Senior Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, manage brand presence, and execute impactful social media and online campaigns. This role requires a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on marketer who can strengthen the GreenLiving brand, increase visibility, and support sales objectives through high-performance marketing activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans that elevate brand awareness, engage key audiences, and support our overall business growth.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online channels.
Manage day-to-day execution of paid ads, SEO/SEM initiatives, and retargeting strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaign assets, landing pages, and targeted content.
2. Social Media Management
Develop, schedule, and publish content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor social conversations, engage with audiences, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
3. Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Enhance the company's visual and verbal brand identity in collaboration with design teams.
Support the creation of product catalogs, brochures, and other brand assets.
4. Content Strategy & Creative Development
Work with designers and production teams to develop creative content including videos, product shoots, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
Develop storytelling approaches that highlight sustainability, craftsmanship, and premium product value.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
Recommend marketing initiatives to support new product launches and market expansion.
6. Collaboration With Sales & Cross-Functional Teams
Align marketing activities with the sales pipeline and overall business objectives.
Support lead generation, nurturing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and industry collaborations.
7. Reporting & Analytics
Measure performance of all marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Prepare monthly reports on ROI, brand performance, lead generation, and digital KPIs.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand management--preferably within furniture, interior design, architecture, home decor, or related industries.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, HubSpot/CRM, etc.).
Strong understanding of brand building, content marketing, and visual communication.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
