Purpose of Position

Support Marketing & Sales team in implementation and execution of marketing strategy



Key Accountabilities

Marketing Collaterals Management

o Monitor inventory of brochures, giveaways, and other promotional materials


o Coordinate issuance and restocking with approved vendors

Event & Travel Coordination

o Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding travel and logistical arrangements for company-organized events and congresses


o Coordinate with event organizers and vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing and training events

Sales Support

o Collaborate with the sales team on product sample distribution, usage tracking, and feedback collection


o Pricing analytics and strategy support

Compliance & Documentation

o Assist in compiling and organizing documentation required under MCI (Medical Council of India) guidelines


o Ensure timely submission of data to relevant authorities

Campaigns & Communication

o Support creation and rollout of internal marketing campaigns and employee communications

Content & Training Development

o Help design and prepare training materials and presentations for both internal teams and external stakeholders

Market Intelligence

o Conduct market research and gather competition insights to support strategy and positioning

Reporting:

o Prepare reports on product performance and marketing activity outcomes.
