Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for weekly and monthly organic traffic and leads target to be delivered through SEO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Understand and implement technical SEO best practices, such as site architecture, mobile optimization, and indexing.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track and analyze website traffic and performance, identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates and make recommendations to adapt to changes.
- Mentor and train junior SEO team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to contribute to the team\'s success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, product, and development to ensure SEO is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Conduct competitor research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and present reports on SEO performance and ROI, including key metrics such as organic search traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as required.
- Develop and maintain SEO documentation such as guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of leading and managing SEO strategy.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- MBA preferred
- Digital Marketing Certifications preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and updates.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Experience in a market research industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, within a team.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz is a plus.
