About the Role



We're looking for a

Marketing Specialist

who can plan and execute high-impact

inbound and outbound marketing campaigns

to attract, engage, and convert prospects. You'll be using tools like

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other marketing automation platforms

to generate leads, nurture relationships, and strengthen brand presence through content.

Key Responsibilities



Execute

inbound and outbound marketing campaigns

across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels. Use

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

for lead sourcing, outreach, and campaign targeting. Manage

HubSpot workflows

, email sequences, and lead nurturing funnels. Generate and qualify

marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)

for the sales team. Write and publish engaging

blogs, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and marketing copies

aligned with brand tone and SEO best practices. Collaborate with the sales team to tailor messaging for specific industries and personas. Research and identify potential prospects and emerging market trends. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to continuously improve ROI. Maintain clean and updated lead data within the CRM.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or IT services. Proven experience using

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

and

HubSpot

for lead generation and campaign management. Strong

content writing skills

with the ability to craft clear, persuasive copy for blogs, email, and social media. Understanding of

inbound and outbound marketing principles

, SEO, and content strategy. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills



Experience in

AI, SaaS, or workforce management

sectors. Familiarity with

LinkedIn Ads

, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation tools. Basic understanding of

graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)

for creating visual content.
