is looking for a Hands-on, Super Creative, Marketing Specialist. This role is for someone who enjoys Experimentation, Storytelling, and going beyond basic or "monochrome" marketing.If you love taking ownership, testing ideas, & making noise for meaningful products, we're looking for you!

What you will do

Build and design TheBrainPsych's marketing strategy

from scratch

. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market ideas aligned with our vision. Plan and execute digital marketing across channels (social media, content, communities, basic paid experiments if needed). Plan engaging content ideas (posts, reels, blogs, email ideas, campaigns). Track performance, learn fast, and continuously improve based on insights. Collaborate closely with founders, product, and design to ensure a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience

in marketing, growth, or brand building (Startup experience is a plus). Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and social media. Ability to think super creatively and execute practically. Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding. Good communication and storytelling skills. Passion or interest in mental health, wellness, or consumer apps is a bonus!
